If you are living in Vancouver with mental health challenges, Thrive offers one-to-one coaching and group programs that focus on personal development and community connections. From healthy living to computer skills training, the Thrive team will work with you to build a wellness plan that fits your needs.

Gardengate Horticulture Program
Gardengate is a space of healing and recovery for persons living with addictions or mental health challenges at Kamloops. Through activities in the garden, the Gardengate program supports you to work towards personal goals such as healthy eating, active living, or vocational training. Build skills and confidence as you grow and harvest food for yourself, and for the Kamloops community.

GAIN Community Connection Program
helping persons with developmental disabilities at Chase reconnect with their communities and foster meaningful relationships. With our services, you can access funding and receive support for a wide range of activities, including sports, art, music, community events, and customized employment readiness workshops. Our aim is to empower you with the confidence and skills needed to achieve independence and enhance your overall well-being.
