In this in-person workshop, co-facilitated with the Accessibile Employers team, we identify why inclusive workplace cultures matter, what gets in the way of inclusive hiring and explore each of the Four Pillars to identify inclusive workplace practices that help organizations to recruit and retain people with disabilities.
Accessible Employers resources and tools will be shared to support organizations making a shift to a more inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute their best.
