With a team composition where 71% of staff identifies as having a disability, Untapped Accessibility has not only challenged preconceived notions but has also become a shining example of what can be achieved through diversity. Led by Trish Kelly, the Untapped Team bring a wealth of experience and talent, contributing to the success and growth of the enterprise. “I have such gratitude for our team and our customers,” says Trish Kelly, Managing Director of Untapped Accessibility. “We are working together to remove accessibility barriers in critical places like schools, libraries, food banks, and in local communities. It’s such exciting work!”

Over the past year, Untapped Accessibility has facilitated over 2,400 hours of work for individuals with lived experiences of disability. In just one year, Untapped Accessibility has become a driving force behind accessibility initiatives, collaborating with and empowering over 120 organizations. These include school districts, post-secondary institutions, municipalities, and various public sector organizations. Untapped Accessibility has been instrumental in propelling these entities toward and beyond accessibility compliance.
