      • Who Services Are for:

        ,
        • Are 18 years of age or older
        • Live in Alberta
        • Are unemployed or marginally employed
        • Are legally able to work in Canada
        • Are currently living in Community (Social) housing, connected to Civida housing, or on a waitlist for Community (Social) housing
        • Are open to identifying and working through barriers that impact your employment journey

        *Note: Eligibility is explored through an initial screening and confirmed through an Employment Readiness Assessment.

        *Marginally employed generally refers to people who are working limited hours or in unstable, low-income jobs and who need additional support to achieve stable, sustainable employment.

          Resource Centre Services (Edmonton)

          Our Resource Centre is open to eligible clients in Edmonton and offers practical tools and support to help you move forward.

          Get help with resumes, job searching, and applications, access in-person and/or self-guided workshops, or use computers and private spaces for virtual appointments. Our team can also connect you to community resources and additional support when needed.

        • Peer Support

          Support from people who understand your journey.

          Our Peer Support Workers provide onsite services, workshops, and one-on-one support to help you build confidence, develop life skills, and stay connected. With lived experience and a supportive approach, they offer guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges and move toward your goals.

          Workforce Development Services

          You’ll have access to two flexible streams of support:

          1. Life stabilization
            Build a strong foundation for your next steps.

            We provide personalized support to help you address barriers, strengthen daily living skills, and connect to wrap-around services such as housing supports, health care, childcare, and financial resources. Our focus is on helping you access the right community services so you can work toward your goals with greater stability.

          2. Employment services
            Move toward meaningful employment with the right support.

            Our employment services help you prepare for, find, and keep work through job search support, skill development, and hands-on experience, including programs like In Motion & Momentum+.

          Together, these services are designed to support your goals, build on your strengths, and help you move toward meaningful employment and greater independence.

          In Motion & Momentum+ (Group Based Support)

          A supportive space to build confidence and life skills.

          This 10–12-week group-based program combines hands-on activities and guided learning to help you develop practical life and workplace skills, strengthen resilience, and prepare for employment—while connecting with others in an inclusive environment.

          Working with Employers

          Creating opportunities through strong employer partnerships.

          We work with Edmonton employers to support inclusive hiring and retention through job matching, job design, workplace accommodations, and on-the-job support—helping create workplaces where everyone can succeed.

          Access the supports you need to succeed.

          We collaborate with local organizations to connect you to housing, health services, training, and other community resources that build stability and support long-term employment success.
