Founded by Open Door Group, the Untapped Workplace Inclusion Awards recognizes the outstanding achievements of employers and individuals across Canada who are leading the way in diversity & inclusion in the workplace. Project EveryBody
Project EveryBody celebrates the achievements that people of all abilities have made and to advocate toward creating a thriving community that is diverse and inclusive. Led by Open Door Group, this annual art, film, and performing arts festival brings together over _ organizations to celebrate the UN International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Presented in partnership with the City of Vancouver, Roundhouse Community Centre, and posAbilities.

Disability Inclusive Employer Self-Assessment
The Inclusive Employer Self-Assessment tool is a first of it’s kind, online disability inclusion questionnaire designed to help Canadian employers gauge their current state of disability inclusion. Created in partnership with Presidents Group, the Open Door Group tool is free to access and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, ensuring accessibility for all. Once an employer has completed the 35 questions, they immediately receive a report guiding them towards the top practices for building a more inclusive workplace.Try the self-assessment tool

Open Door Group and ISSofBC are thrilled to introduce the Newcomer disAbility Toolkit, which provides essential resources and insights to support newcomers with disabilities in their job search.
