WHAT WE’RE ASKING OF ALL VISITORS AND CLIENTS
If you’re sick or showing any signs of a cold, flu, or COVID-19 including coughing or sneezing, we ask that you please do not visit.
We are limiting occupancy at our centre to help maintain physical distancing. We ask that anyone visiting our centre to stay 2m/6ft from others.
We will be accepting clients to our centres by appointment only. With the limited occupancy, we ask that you please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. We prefer that you arrive to your appointment alone as we are limited in the amount of people we can have in our centres at one time. If you require that someone attend your appointment with you, please indicate so when you are making your appointment. All companions will be required to follow the same safety protocols.
Before visitors enter, you will be asked to sanitize your hands at our sanitization station. Please follow the distancing marks that will be on the ground and use the designated entrance and exit. Clients and staff are required to wear masks when they are congregating together. One disposable mask will be provided to visitors to the centre, free of charge. People who are unable to wear masks due to a medical condition are exempt from this. The use of masks is not a substitute for physical distancing, rather an additional measure.
Wash your hands often with soap or water for at least 20 seconds. Visitors will be required to use hand sanitizer when entering the centre. Try not to touch your eyes, nose, or mouth and if you must cough or sneeze – do so into your sleeve and not your hands.
