Our primary goal is to enhance personal growth and economic independence for British Columbians.  A big part of what we do is support employers to hire persons with disabilities and barriers to employment. We work with employers to identify hiring needs, provide information and support around any necessary accommodations, and put forward qualified candidates based on matching skills and abilities.
